Welcome to the Service Point of Matinkylä at Iso Omena Shopping Mall! Service Point at Matinkylä is one of the six Service Points of the City of Espoo. Our Service Advisers guide you on matters of the City of Espoo, Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County, Helsinki Regional Transport, the box office Lippupiste and Social Insurance Institution Kela. We welcome you to contact us as you like – send us an email, give us a call or pop in to see us. Are you wondering whom to contact about matters of the City of Espoo? Ask the Service Points. We will either find an answer for your question, or connect you with the right expert. We have computers for your convenience. You can for example fill in an application for Kela, or print out a form. You may also scan documents. If you need any further assistance, we are happy to help (with the City of Espoo e-services or Kela). The Service Points display public notices. We also offer brochures about the City of Espoo, cultural events, Helsinki Regional Transport and schedules for the buses in the Matinkylä area. You can also collect tourist maps and outdoor recreation maps. We are happy to advice you about places to visit in Espoo. Drop off your mail to the City of Espoo and Kela at the Service Points during our opening hours. You can buy Travel cards, Day Tickets for public transportation and Lippupiste event tickets.
